Are you a storyteller? Well, whether you are or not, this workshop will teach you how to use life experiences in a new way of storytelling. "Transformational Teaching Through Storytelling," is comprised of compelling stories and practical tips that will illustrate how stories can bring to life the history lessons you want to communicate to your students. Be it soft skills, hard skills, or social studies any subject can be greatly improved with a story.

Upon completion of this session, attendees will be able to:

    • Explain why storytelling leaves a lasting impact.
    • Identify the key components of an effective story.
    • Present a compelling story before an audience.

    Workshop attendees will get:

    • Lunch
    • SCCAAS Bag
    • Book: "The Makings of a Dream," Price, Holoman, Droze
    • Other resource materials
